it's Saturday so it is steel cut oats/split red lentils, lots of berries, banana and toast on the side with peanut butter

I had some crackers with vegan butter, before my proper breakfast.

I'm having macaroni salad, and I added some leftover chickpeas and some crispy tofu I made last night. It's delicious. With some hot sauce, of course.
I had a delicious salad of falafel, roasted veg and houmous with potato wedges for lunch. Followed by some lemon drizzle cake and cherry bakewell tart. Yum!

I'm going to have crumpets with vegan butter and marmalade.
yesterday was a simple pita rolled up with banana, PB&J and today I think I am going to have my Sunday leftover steel cut oats and mix in berries etc

Leftover chickpea curry from last weeks takeaway. They gave us inhumanly huge portions!
Buffalo soy curls sprinkled with vegan feta crumbles with a side of some hummus and Fritos. It's football Sunday food today.

My husband went to the bakery near my house and got some vegan sausage rolls. They weren't anything amazing, annoyingly.
They had a vegan steak pie and a vegan chicken pie in there the other day, but typically we were going out to eat at a restaurant and didn't buy them. They weren't in there today! He did get a vegan labelled apple turnover. I will try and buy something from there each week to show there is demand for vegan food.
