Whatcha Eatin?

soup base gochujang paste/miso, froz brussel sprouts/green & yellow beans/carrots/thai style veggies, garlic powder, butler soy curls, spinach/kale/arugula, noodle block - once in the bowl I add Keene's dry mustard, gourmet rice vinegar, soy sauce, turmeric powder, lemon juice, tahini drizzle, sriracha - in other words, today will be noodley soup....

I am torn between having something light as today is our Thanksgiving Day and so I will be making lots of food for later or having my usual Monday noodley soup day.... likely something light like cereal and/or toast.

This morning I cooked some brown rice in my slow cooker, and when it was almost done I chopped up some fresh mustard greens and added them. I drizzled about 2 tablespoons of canola oil on about half of them, and ate them with some chickpeas I had cooked previously- good, but very simple. The rest will go in the fridge.
