Whatcha Eatin?

I'm feeling sick after having pizza last night so I just had a satsuma and a glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

Is than an indigestion?

I'm having leftovers; small plates:

One pot (IP) ww spaghetti bol with grated Vermondo parmesan style cheeze

Grated red cabbage/chickpeas with vinaigrette.

A Spanish orange.

It's barely noon and I've managed to consume 1400 calories already. I guess I'm grief eating. It's actually not so bad because I already have 110000 steps. Worst case scenario my calories in/out will be a wash and that's ok since I'm at my goal weight and I'm maintaining...I conquered the two pounds I previously complained about.

I had another piece of toast/butter, pasta with marinara, a vegan croissant, and dark chocolate. I'm actually good for awhile lol.

My breakfast was yummy. I had stir fried sunshine slaw with crumbled tofu. Then I had a few leftover boiled potatoes that I smashed with a fork and added vegan butter, a spoonful of Violife sour cream, nutritional yeast and a sprinkle of nooch it. It was really good.

Last night, Mrs Summer and I got some Lebanese take-away from a restaurant while we were waiting for our daughter at her choir rehearsal:
Hummus, baba ghanoush, rice & lentils, foul modamas (broad beans++), more rice, mutabal (aubergine and tahini dip), some bread etc.

Not bad at all! I had the left-overs for my lunch just now.
