It's barely noon and I've managed to consume 1400 calories already. I guess I'm grief eating. It's actually not so bad because I already have 110000 steps. Worst case scenario my calories in/out will be a wash and that's ok since I'm at my goal weight and I'm maintaining...I conquered the two pounds I previously complained about.
I had another piece of toast/butter, pasta with marinara, a vegan croissant, and dark chocolate. I'm actually good for awhile lol.
