Whatcha Eatin?

Sparkling water and red grapes. I'm making a tofu scramble with tomatoes and spinach and having it with toast. Chai latte.

I'm having roasted tomato and basil soup for lunch with a baguette.

@Emma JC I don't think I could ever get tired of oats. We're discussing legumes and their lectins in another thread, but I can't remember coming across anything bad about oats. I always strive for healthy variety in my diet, though.

I agree and they are very portable and very nutritious - I have watched people that go on canoe / backpacking trips have them for breakfast every day - they don't go bad, they are easy to cook, lightweight and you can add anything or nothing, sweet or savoury and they are all good.

Today think I might have cereal again as my honey is away for a few days and so I will likely have my noodley soup for dinner as it is simple and easy.
