Whatcha Eatin?

I had lunch with some new friends...from my anxiety support group. There was nothing on the menu for me so I asked for bruschetta without the cheese and it ended up being amazing! But there was so much garlic that now I'm nauseous lol. I'm hoping husband and son didn't drink all of the ginger ale!

I'm glad you had a decent plate!

I'm having nime chow and crispy veggie spring rolls. And a beer. It's (American) Football Sunday with the playoffs. :)

I love being Vegan! Feels great and I simply never get angry anymore. In a little while I will have my third meal. I began the day with a delicious kiwi, followed by a couple fresh dates (fresh as opposed to dried - makes a world of difference) dipped in organic sesame butter, and very shortly a homemade eggplant dip with fibre rich pita bread yum! 😋

As a result there is no doubt in my mind body and soul that animal products are detrimental to health. My next meal: A blend of red, brown, and wild rice, lentils, with a plethora of fresh unadulterated organic vegetables!
