Nothing like picking a fruit off a tree! I categorically disagree with you. Freezing kills whatever vibrant energy the produce had. And considering you shove the thing in the microwave to thaw says a lot about your level of sensitivitysee here's the thing @Blisfun - most frozen fruits and vegetables are 'fresher' than 'fresh' as they are frozen at the peak of their 'freshness'
today I am having my noodley soup and in it I will put lots of frozen vegetables, soy curls, noodles, gochujang, miso etc

Sounds like a vegan masterpiece! Today I am switching from my usual eggplant dip with fiber rich cereal bread to a bowlful of fresh organic romaine lettuce leaves. I was not baking my own bread and felt unsettled ordering it from the grocery store as the baker is likely a meat eater.I'm having lemon and ginger tea and overnight oats. Porridge, raspberries, almond milk and maple syrup.
