Leftovers:

Vemondo chilli vamped up with lots of spices plus whole grain couscous with raisins and evo and
a sprinkle of Tajin.

Mashed banana with coconut milk yogurt plus chopped walnuts, vanilla extract and Truvia.

I had some Scottish style porridge with chia seeds, a drizzle of soya cream and peanut butter. I forced
myself to have some as oats are good for you. Not really my ideal breakfast as I crave savoury food
in the morning. :worried:

Why don't you have it for lunch instead and have a savoury breakfast?

I have really liked overnight oats lately. I think it is the fruit and the maple syrup rather than the oats, though. o_O

Porridge simply doesn't appeal to me due to the carbs and I get hunger pangs after 90 minutes. I really do prefer savoury food for breakfast.

I think that I will be making Bircher muesli from now on. 👍

Lunch also has to be savoury. Sweet stuff simply doesn't appeal to me and I only have the latter for dessert.

I had a slaw; white cabbage, grated carrots, smoked tofu pieces, walnuts, chia seeds, vinaigrette and yeast flakes.
A slice of granary bread with spread & Marmite.

Mashed banana with a blend of soya/coconut yogurt, sweetener, chopped walnuts and vanilla.
 
I have decided I am lazy today and so just going to have some cereal (mostly bite size shredded wheat & bran buds) with lots of berries, some flax, hemp, walnuts and pumpkin seeds on top and maybe a piece of toast too.
