Vermondo chickpea raviolis in a sauce made with fried diced mushrooms, chickpea puree, melted Applewood, yeast/chipotle smoked flake,
TJ's everything but the leftovers, a drizzle of evo plus a sprinkle of Vermondo Italian style cheeze.

I'm making a roast dinner today. The Aldi "steaks", roast potatoes, steamed broccoli, cabbage and carrots with stuffing and gravy. Apple pie with either cream, ice cream or custard for dessert. :D

My kind of dinner. Nothing except the vegetables available over here.

I have a friend coming over for dinner tonight and am making a Madras curry. I wanted to have vanilla ice cream with butterscotch sauce for dessert but no ice cream is available in the local shops. :worried:
 
One of my favourite desserts. I eat mini ones when I'm in the UK as most shops sell plant based ones.
Mine, too! I was supposed to make the pie for Christmas, but we didn't really have our Christmas this year due to all that was going on with my mom and pops. I still have filling in the freezer for another one, hehe.

You are lucky to find plant-based ones, as most of the ones here have dairy or egg in the crust.

I had some oatmeal pancakes from the freezer topped with maple syrup.

time to make Monday noodley soup - bought a huge amount of groceries yesterday in case the tariffs actually proceed and it is stuff I will eat anyways so I have lots of fresh spinach and kale to go into my soup along with red cabbage and some black beans donated by my honey... mushrooms too - yum
