Friday night we had pizza with Field Roast Italian sausage, pineapple, mushrooms, green onions, green olives, cheez shreds
Saturday night we had rice and black beans with jalapeno, onion, garlic, spices and a side of Ikea veggie balls in Korean BBQ sauce

Made chittara pasta, thick spaghetti with a hollow middle, that Aldi had as special. They get such good pastas! With mushroom medley in seasoned oil, onions, peppers and kalamat olives. Shredded Daiya munster block cheese to top.
