Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

sauerkraut perogies, boiled then lightly fried in butter - added on top - 2 smoked paprika sausage thinly sliced - and - sauerkraut - and - lots of onion, jalapeno, garlic, mushrooms sauted with spices and korean BBQ sauce - delicious with some nooch sprinkled on top

I switched it up yesterday and didn't have my noodley soup for lunch, instead I saved it for dinner and it was even more delicious then as I had been waiting all day.

A chickpea & sweet potato Keralan curry made in the IP and served with fluffy basmati rice. Strangely enough, I find that curry cooked on the hob tastes better. I always make pasta bol in the IP and it tasted far better compared to cooking it in the traditional manner.

Apple puree with soya cream/sweetener.

Air fried bangers which I disliked. Another French brand which taste nothing like the British ones. Lack of seasoning and the texture
is wrong.
Brussels with evo and yeast flakes.
Baguette with Nurrish cream cheeze spread. The latter tasted horrible......yet another French brand.
Apple puree with soya yogurt with a few drops of vanilla and sweetener.

I'm having soy curls stew, a side salad with Italian dressing and a slice of sourdough bread with vegan garlic butter.

No cooking for me tonight, so I had fingers sandwiches made with ww/cereal/multiseed bread, Flora spread, Dijon and thinkly
sliced smoked La Vie protein slices.
A chickpea salad with vinaigrette and yeast flakes.
A pear.

Spaghetti with homemade sauce sprinkled with some vegan cheddar shreds; Italian bread with vegan butter.
