Carrot sticks with chickpea puree.
A slab of pan fried and seasoned oyster mushrooms served with brussels plus evo.
Raspberries with soya cream/sweetener.

I had a huge smoothie earlier so I am waiting to see when I want dinner. I am marinating Quorn pieces, onion and bell pepper in jerk sauce to air fry and I'm going to have air fried wedges too.
 
Saturday night was fusili/penne with garlic, onion, mushrooms, tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes and some sliced sausage and some thinly sliced baguette.

Last night was Chana Masala Tasty Bite scooped up with whole wheat pitas.

I ordered a lot of food at lunch, so i am good. I ordered mac and cheese and a gyro box from vegan international kitchen. The gyro box has the best saffron, yellow rice. I love it.

"Gyro seitan over saffron rice with lettuce, tomato, and grape leaves with white sauce drizzle. (CONTAINS: soy, wheat, coconut)"
 
Made a potato casserole 'cause I had so many potatoes. Just threw together a roux with yogurt and herbs, and a pack of the FYH mozz I had in freezer. Sprinkled liberally at serving with Baco bits
I love Baco bits so much, never liked it from animals
