We went out and I had a Beyond Meat burger with avocados and tomatoes plus some deep fried
sweet potato chips with chili flakes.

Took a trip to the British shop and bought some LM country pies and LM sausage rolls, so today we are having Country Pies with cauliflower, new potatoes and a side salad and I will have some Bisto gravy and mint sauce on mine.

Tacos I didn't want beans tonight so used a vegie curry instead and topped with lettuce, tomato, and bell peppers. I enjoyed it.

I made a veggie stir fry. I marinated the onion, carrot, cabbage and peas first and it came out a bit weird when I fried it with the rice, more like a risotto!

Roast potato, parsnip, carrot, corn, red bell pepper and eggplant. With steamed red cabbage, peas and asparagus. and a mushroom gravy. There will be enough for lunch tomorrow as well
