Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Friday night I had potatoes chips and then some baguette because I was hungry and it was there.

Last night we had perogies, lots of onions, jalapeno, serano pepper, mushrooms, garlic.

Took a trip to the British shop and bought some LM country pies and LM sausage rolls, so today we are having Country Pies with cauliflower, new potatoes and a side salad and I will have some Bisto gravy and mint sauce on mine.
 
I made a veggie stir fry. I marinated the onion, carrot, cabbage and peas first and it came out a bit weird when I fried it with the rice, more like a risotto!
