I'm not sure what to have tonight. I have a baguette so I was thinking of having a sausage, onion and mustard sandwich.
I think I will have this again tonight, as I have leftovers -- if I don't eat them up for lunch, haha.I did Cheap Lazy Vegan's rice paper sushi squares again, using chickpea salad as the protein. I also had veggie spring rolls.
Yesterday airfried fish and pan zucchini. Today I put leftovers in a burrito with lost of hot sauce (for me) and salsa. There was only 2 fish left from yesterday, improvise.
Same again today. I took some to work instead of eating their oily, salty restaurant food.Today we had a creamy chickpea and vegetable Paneng curry with Basmati rice.
