The Weather.

It's snowing at the moment. We are in the 2-4-inch range. I got home from RI with about half an hour to spare before it started, so that was good timing.

Supposedly we had some wintery weather overnight. It's still dark out and I'm in bed so I won't know what it's like until I get up with the sun. I have an appointment at 9:30 so I hope the roads are not slick.

They already closed school for tomorrow. It's not that we're expecting a lot of snow, but rather it's the timing of it. It's supposed to start at 7 and end around 9. And some ice is involved.

They're talking rain tonight with temps dropping, and road warnings for early morning. I hope I can wake up and leave earlier

Same here with the icing. Trucks went by and sanded my road. We don't have much snow. I thought we'd get a bit more. Maybe an inch or two tops at the moment. I'm not sure if it's done or we're just getting a break in the action.

we are supposed to get 10-15 cm (4-6 inches) this afternoon and this evening... we also usually get a whole lot less than is predicted

It turned very cold and windy with rain on the walk home. I couldn't keep my umbrella up because of the wind so I got my hair and face wet.

Aaaaand it was another bust. I think my area got 3 inches or so. My mom on the coast got about 4 inches. They really made it seem as if we'd get hit with 8 to 10, but it was not to be.

Today hasn't been too bad. Mostly sunny and in the mid-30s (F).
