Nothing right now... but I most recently had garbanzo beans I cooked on my slow-cooker with no salt, 2 slices of store-bought rye bread, a handful of sunflower kernels, and some of that leftover brown rice and spinach with a tablespoon of canola oil. Water to drink. I can't remember if I had an apple or orange for dessert... if it's still on the counter (unpeeled and untouched), I'll know I forgot to eat it (yet).
I bought 7 apples of 3 different heirloom varieties at the Farmer's Market last weekend- but since they're grown locally, they're cold storage. Still very good, though.
