Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

Whole wheat hard durum, organic tagliatelle with a ragu (IP) made with tpv, onions, garlic, red wine, passata,
courgette and mushrooms served with both grated Violife parmesan style/Nurishh parmesan style and a drizzle
of evo.

Strawberries & coconut milk yogurt/sweetener.
 
bean dip made from mashed pinto beans, onions, bell pepper, jalapeno, salsa, chipotle sauce, spices - pickled jalapeno and cheez shreds on top - scooped up with tortilla chips - for dessert to had some of (okay most of) the Lindt vegan chocolate bar 'salty caramel' and it was delicious

Made butterbeans in a creamy sauce (garlic, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, cream cheese, lemon juice & seasoning) & put over toasted sourdough. Added some
That sounds so very good! I guess I should try butter beans again. Wish I could get the gigante beans I used to buy on salad bars. They were not butterbeans!

Future Farm burger on a bun with pickles, lettuce, cheez, jalapeno, ketchup, mustard and on the side we had the leftover potatoes and root veggies from Easter dinner (last of the cranberry sauce on top) and a bit of chocolate for dessert.

Last night's leftovers/

Mole style kidney bean, Puy lentil, sweet potato and soya mince chilli with added fresh spinach plus a sprinkle of Tajin.
A slice of toasted artisan style baguette/spread.

Strawberries with organic soya yogurt/sweetener.
