Supper/Dinner Time! What's on the menu ?

bean dip made from mashed pinto beans, onions, bell pepper, jalapeno, salsa, chipotle sauce, spices - pickled jalapeno and cheez shreds on top - scooped up with tortilla chips - for dessert to had some of (okay most of) the Lindt vegan chocolate bar 'salty caramel' and it was delicious

Leftovers ; ww organic tagliatelle with a rich bol/vegetable sauce (IP) with added fresh spinach,
red roast peppers with a drizzle of evo, a sprinkle of smoked chipotle flakes, lemon pepper/grated
Violife & Nurishh parmesan style cheeze.

Made butterbeans in a creamy sauce (garlic, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, cream cheese, lemon juice & seasoning) & put over toasted sourdough. Added some
That sounds so very good! I guess I should try butter beans again. Wish I could get the gigante beans I used to buy on salad bars. They were not butterbeans!

Last night's leftovers/

Mole style kidney bean, Puy lentil, sweet potato and soya mince chilli with added fresh spinach plus a sprinkle of Tajin.
A slice of toasted artisan style baguette/spread.

Strawberries with organic soya yogurt/sweetener.
